 The Scholastic Book Grants Program provides a vehicle for Volunteers of America Carolinas to creatively reach out to at risk children in our programs and the community who would otherwise not have access or be able to afford books. In the last year alone, we distributed over 50,000 brand new, free Scholastic books to children in our community.
